Welding method
1. Double-sided synchronous argon arc welding; 2 welders inside and outside the cylinder should start the arc at the same time, weld in the same direction, and cooperate tacitly. For grooves with gaps, the welders inside and outside can see each other's arcs and master the welding speed. For grooves without gaps, it can be judged whether the speed is consistent according to the level of penetration of the welding meat. Welders can be faster, or slower if less. The welder inside can choose not to feed the wire according to the form of the groove. Since the welding wire needs to be fused outside, the welding current of the outside welder is generally about 10-20A higher than the welding current of the inside welder. The more, the easier it is to generate pores. The unevenness of the groove processing is required to be uniform, and the counterpart clearance should be uniform. The counterpart clearance can be controlled by spot welding or by adding stainless steel spacers.
2. Single-sided welding with stainless steel lining ring: The welder starts arc welding at the outer groove, and the stainless steel lining ring with a higher melting point forces the inner penetration of the welding meat to be well formed to ensure the internal surface of the weld. Welding seam, avoid the arc temperature is too high to melt the stainless steel lining ring, and also avoid grinding the stainless steel lining ring when grinding, causing the stainless steel material pollution.

Q: What is the thickness of the anodizing? Can you do 15um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15 microns and above.
Q: What colors can powder coatings be used for? The thickness of the powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide color samples. Our usual powder coating thickness is 60-80um.
Q: What color can the wood grain be?
A: Our most popular colors are Western Red Cedar, Australian Cedar, Jarrah I, Jarrah II, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, Bush Wood, Western Wood, Snow Gum, etc. If you need any other color, we can do the sample according to the color you provide.
Q: What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
