Bending is the process of turning a flat sheet into a three-dimensional shape through pressure equipment and a special mold, which is called bending.
Due to the different materials, thicknesses, lengths and widths of the plates and the different shapes and angles to be formed, there are bending machines with different tonnage and size of pressure equipment, together with upper and lower dies of different heights, shapes and V-widths. two. There are three types of bending processing: partial bending, close bending, and embossing bending.
1. Partial bending: It is a method of right-angle and obtuse-angle bending by selecting an upper die below 88° and a lower die with V=12t (V means groove width, t means material thickness).
2. Close bending: It is a bending method of right angle and obtuse angle at 90°. V=6~12t for close-contact bending die.
3. Imprinting bending: It is a right-angle bending with a 90° upper die. (It is a standard right-angle bending). The imprinting and bending lower die is V=5~6t
There are several types of bending dies, such as L-shaped, R-shaped, U-shaped, and Z-shaped. The upper die is mainly used at different angles such as 90°, 88°, 45°, 30°, 20°, and 15°. The lower die has double grooves and single grooves with different groove widths of 4~18V, as well as R lower die, acute angle lower die, flattening die, etc. The upper and lower die are divided into segments and the whole: the segments of the upper die are generally 300mm, 200mm, 100mm, 100mm, 50mm, 40mm, 20mm, 15mm, 10mm, and the whole is 835mm. The lower die is generally divided into 400mm, 200mm, 100mm, 50mm, 40mm, 20mm, 15mm, 10mm, and the whole is 835mm.

Q: What is the thickness of the anodizing? Can you do 15um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15 microns and above.
Q: What colors can powder coatings be used for? The thickness of the powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide color samples. Our usual powder coating thickness is 60-80um.
Q: What color can the wood grain be?
A: Our most popular colors are Western Red Cedar, Australian Cedar, Jarrah I, Jarrah II, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, Bush Wood, Western Wood, Snow Gum, etc. If you need any other color, we can do the sample according to the color you provide.
Q: What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
Answer: (1). 2-3 weeks to open new molds and make samples.
(2). 3-4 weeks after receiving the deposit and confirming the order.
