A: Our standard anodizing thickness is approximately 10 um. However, we can certainly accommodate requests for 15 microns and above.
Q: What colors can powder coatings be used for? The thickness of the powder coat?
A: We can provide any powder coating color as long as you supply a color sample. Our typical powder coating thickness ranges from 60 to 80 microns.
Q: What color can the wood grain be?
A: Our most favored wood grain colors include Western Red Cedar, Australian Cedar, Jarrah I, Jarrah II, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, Bush Wood, Western Wood, and Snow Gum. If a different color is desired, we can produce a sample according to the color you provide.
Q: What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
Answer: (1). It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to develop new molds and create samples.
(2). Mass production follows 3-4 weeks after receiving the deposit and confirming the order.
